Tips mendapatkan tidur yang berkualiti =)

1) Lupakan semua urusan kerja dan jangan terlalu banyak berfikir

2) Elakkan nikotin (rokok), kafein (kopi, teh, coklat, minuman berkarbonat)                                        
    dan alcohol sebelum tidur.

3) Waktu tidur dan bangun anda mesti sama pada setiap hari termasuk
     pada hujung minggu atau hari cuti.

4) Lakukan rutin yang lebih santai sebelum tidur seperti mandi, membaca  
     majalah dan sebagainya.

5) Ambil masa selama beberapa ketika untuk proses melegakan emosi 
     anda sebelum tidur, misalnya menulis apa yang berlaku pada hari 
     tersebut di diari atau pun berbual dengan 
     orang yang rapat dengan anda.

6) Pastikan bilik tidur anda berada dalam keadaan yang gelap
     (atau lampu hanya samar-samar), tenang, selesa dan selamat.

7) Lakukan senaman ringan, tetapi beberapa jam sebelum tidur.

8) Jauhkan jam loceng dari kepala anda dan juga katil.

9) Elakkan daripada melihat jam sekiranya anda terjaga ketika tidur
    kerana ia boleh membuatkan anda stress dan susah untuk tidur kembali.

10) Tidur pada siang hari memang seronok, tetapi maksimumkan hanya 
       20 minit sahaja, itu pun sekadar untuk merehatkan mental dan fizikal.

  OpenOffice.org are the program suite that you can use it instead of Microsoft Office© in Microsoft Windows©. This program suite include

How to use Open Office.org

l  Where? - Go to Application > Office > OpenOffice.org Word Processor or SpreadSheet or Presentation that you want.

l  Start - The Programs will start with interface like pic 1 or pic 2 or pic 3 up to program you use.

l  Functions - You can use functions of programs like you do in Microsoft Office such as Formatting Text, Insert tables, pictures, macro, hyperlink etc.

l  About PDF - You can export your documents in PDF format directly with your OpenOffice.org by click at button that shows PDF sign on the toolbar.

l  Page Preview - If you want to print your documents you can preview it by use Page Preview like in Microsoft Office on the toolbar to correct your mistakes.

l  Print - You can print your document with your printer by click at print button.

l  Keep Your Files  - If you want to save your files. Click at the File > Save as and choose where you want to keep it, what type of files and file name you want.
